Company Custom Reports
Company-level custom reports are available across all projects in your organization, providing a broader view of project performance. Like project-level reports, you can choose from various cards, customize layouts, and make changes such as editing, copying, or deleting reports to fit your organization’s needs.
Custom Reports Offer:
- Tailored views & metrics: pick exactly which data, visuals, and pages are included.
- Consistency & reuse: build once, then reuse across projects (for company reports) or within a project (project reports).
- Easy management: edit, duplicate, or remove reports any time.
- Central access: reports are easily accessible inside projects or via Admin
- Scalable for teams: company-level custom reports help maintain standard reporting across your organization, while project-level ones let individual project teams refine what matters to them.
To Create a Custom Company Report:
- Click Reporting from the left navigation bar.
- Click + Report on the top right hand corner
- You will be asked to select a project to generate sample data during the creation process.
- This report will be available for all projects, but use one project for sample data.
- You can either start with a blank report or with a pre-built template.
- If starting blank, click +Start Blank. If starting with a template, click the template you wish to start with and click Begin Editing
- Name the report by clicking the Name field on the top of the page.
- Use the configuration tool to add Pages and then populate them with cards.
- Once created, the report appears in the Reports list.
Managing Company Reports:
- Click the pencil icon to edit the report’s configuration.
- Click the duplicate icon to copy the report.
- Click the trash can icon to delete. Once a report is deleted it cannot be recovered.
