How do I fix my end date discrepancies?
SmartPM recommends the following actions:
- Ensure all activities are properly linked with correct logic (FS, SS, FF, or SF).
- Verify that the status date in MS Project matches the update you’re importing.
- Avoid manually scheduled tasks or summary tasks that don’t have explicit logic.
- Use Mark-On-Track to update actual progress accurately in MS Project before import.
