Narrative Report

The Narrative Report provides a detailed text-based summary of schedule performance, highlighting trends, risks, and insights from your project data. 

To access the Narrative Report:

1. Navigate to your project from the Project List.
2. Click Reporting from the top navigation bar.
3. Click the ‘play’ icon next to the Narrative report.
4. Select the end of period schedule
5. The report will automatically be generated.
   
   

Within the report you will see the following sections:

• Project Health:The overall project health index
• Schedule Progression: The percent the schedule has progressed from the last update period.
• Schedule Quality Index: An assessment that determines whether the most recent schedule update aligns with best practices. 

• Current End Date: The current schedule end date based on current progression.

• Compression Index: The percent the project has been compressed. 

• Changes Summary: A breakdown of the total critical changes between the previous update and the most current schedule update.
