Predicted Completion

 

Predicted Completion estimates when your project is likely to finish, based on actual performance to date. This metric will only be available after your project is 50% complete. 

SmartPM calculated predicted completion by combining historical performance data and total remaining duration. This metrics is available on the Project Page and is color coded:

  • Yellow: When the projected finish slips about 7.5% beyond the remaining duration
  • Red: When the projected finish is about 15% or more beyond the remaining duration.
