Project Custom Reports

Project-level custom reports let you tailor the data, visuals, and pages shown within an individual project. These reports allow you to focus on the charts, tables, narratives, Gantt views, and other cards that matter most for a single project. You can also edit, copy, or delete these reports as needed. Only users within that project will be able to see and access them. 

Custom Reports Offer:

  • Tailored views & metrics: pick exactly which data, visuals, and pages are included.
  • Consistency & reuse: build once, then reuse across projects (for company reports) or within a project (project reports).
  • Easy management: edit, duplicate, or remove reports any time.
  • Central access: reports are easily accessible inside projects or via Admin
  • Scalable for teams: company-level custom reports help maintain standard reporting across your organization, while project-level ones let individual project teams refine what matters to them.

To Create a Custom Project Report:

  1. Click the selected project from the Project List.
  1. Click Reporting from the top navigation bar.
  2. Click + Report on the top right
  3. You can decide to edit a custom report, start blank, or edit a preconfigured template. 
  4. Once you decide, use the configuration to add pages, then create cards to each page. 
  5. Name the report and click “create”. 
  6. The new report will appear under “Reports made for this Project”.
     

 

Managing Project Reports:

  • Click the pencil icon to edit the report
  • Click the duplicate icon to copy the report 
  • Click the trash can icon to delete. Once a report is deleted it cannot be recovered.
