Export to XER: You can now export your Gantt chart directly to XER format for seamless re-import into Primavera P6. This works across any view — whether you've applied models, conditions, or filters — so you export exactly what you see. This feature is currently in beta; we'd love your feedback on any issues you encounter. Look for the Export Schedule button with the Beta badge in the bottom-right corner of your Gantt chart. Additional file format exports are coming soon.
Bulk File Download: You can now download all original files uploaded to SmartPM in a single action. Head to the Manage Schedules page and use the new Download All button.
Percentage-Based Bulk Conditions: The Bulk Condition tool now supports adjusting values by a percentage, in addition to fixed amounts. This makes it easy to model scenarios like "what if activity durations increase by 50%?" The following fields support percentage adjustments:
- Actual Manpower
- Planned Budget
- Planned Duration
- Planned Manpower
- Remaining Duration
Workspace Updates: The previous workspace section is now labeled Legacy and will be deprecated in 2 weeks. If you have a customized workspace there, please migrate it to the new workspace or contact support for assistance. We've also added a new pre-built template — SmartPM Project Walkthrough — to help you get started faster.

Postal Codes: Israel now uses cities instead of postal codes for location-based fields.
PowerProject: Resolved an issue where incorrect dates were being assigned to finish milestones, and fixed a related issue where completed tasks within relationships were not processing correctly.
Academy: Fixed a broken link to SmartPM Academy from the Help section.
Activity Codes: Resolved an activity code sequencing issue.
