Release 9.34 June 29th 2026
New Features
- Custom Dashboards: You can now create fully customizable dashboards tailored to your reporting needs. Build executive-level views using any of the filters available in the current Executive Dashboard, or go deeper with project-specific data — choose individual charts, tables, and metrics, then select the projects you want them scoped to. Create as many dashboards as needed, assign default views, and control user access, following the same workflow as Custom Workspaces. Head to Reporting to configure your dashboards, then navigate to Dashboard (New) to view them. Note: The legacy dashboards will be deprecated in an upcoming release — we recommend migrating any saved customizations to the new experience.
- Should Start / Should Finish Page: The Should Start / Should Finish report is now a dedicated page within the Analysis tab for faster, more consistent access. All existing capabilities and filters are available. This page reports exclusively on activities that should have started or finished within the selected window — ongoing activities are not included.
- Hit Rate — Ongoing Activity Exclusion: Alongside the new Should Start / Should Finish page, we've introduced a configuration option to exclude ongoing activities from the Hit Rate calculation. SmartPM previously included ongoing activities by default, which could inflate results. Users can now choose whether to include or exclude them to match their reporting standards. Important: This is a global setting — changes will apply retroactively across all historical data. Find this option under Admin > Configurations.
- Hit Rate — Risk Threshold Configuration: You can now define custom thresholds for Medium and High risk Hit Rate classifications. Navigate to Admin > Configurations to adjust the values. Since a higher Hit Rate indicates better performance, keep in mind that the Medium threshold must be set higher than the High threshold.
