There are two configuration options when you are evaluating schedule quality. You can either configure SmartPM to analyze your schedules from the quality profile used at the time of schedule import, or you can choose to have your schedule analyzed from the default quality profile.
Whenever an admin updates the default quality profile, SmartPM will prompt with a option to apply the quality prolife to all projects using that profile. If you would not like to apply the new quality profile to every project, you can choose to use the previously assigned quality profile.

This default quality profile will now be available to update within each project. To update individual projects:
1. Click the project from the Project List
2. Navigate to the analysis tab
3. Click Schedule Quality
4. Click Actions on the top right
5. Select "Update Quality Profile Version"
Your schedule quality will update automatically.
