The SmartPM Report

The SmartPM Report is a concise, executive-level summary that provides critical schedule information to facilitate discussions with stakeholders. It's designed to be used in meetings, audits, or any situation where a clear, high-level overview of project performance is needed.

Key Components include:

• Schedule Quality Issues: identifies any schedule quality problems that may pose risks to the project’s success
• Summary Progress Graphic: Visual representation of your schedule, summarized by WBS or Activity Codes, and featuring historical critical paths
• Delay Table: Details of any delays, including their causes and impacts on the project timeline.
• Audit Log Changes: A record of all critical changes made to the project schedule, ensuring transparency and accountability. 
  
  

To access the report:

1. Navigate to your project from the Project List.
2. Click Reporting from the top navigation bar.
3. Click the ‘play’ icon next to the SmartPM report.
4. Select the schedule update you want to base the report on.
5. Choose the range of WBS Levels for the summary bars in the graphic.
   1. The maximum selectable range is one level apart.
6. Click “print” to generate the report.
