Toggle Between Card View and Table View in Projects List
SmartPM now gives users the flexibility to view projects in either Card View or Table View, so you can analyze your portfolio the way that works best for you.
Within the Projects page in SmartPM, users can toggle between:
- Card View: A visual, dashboard-style layout
- Table View: A structured, sortable data grid
To navigate between the two views:
- Navigate to the Project page.
- In the top-right corner of the Projects list, locate the Cards /Table toggle.
- Click:
- Cards to view projects in card format.
- Table to view projects in a spreadsheet-style format.
Your selection will immediately update the layout.
Card View provides a high-level, visual summary of each project.
What You’ll See:
- Project name and schedule
- Project Health Index
- Scheduled days late
- Current vs. baseline dates
- SPI and quality indicators
- Predicted completion details
- Schedule feasibility and compression insights
Best For:
- Executive overviews
- Visual health comparisons

This view is ideal when you want a fast, visual snapshot of performance across multiple projects.
Table View displays your projects in a structured grid with sortable columns.

- Project name
- Data date
- Current end date
- Contractual end date
- Health score
- Schedule quality
- SPI
- Slippage (scheduled or contractual days)
- Progress indicators
Best For:
- Detailed analysis
- Sorting and filtering projects
