Why do I see “Multiple Projects Found in .XER File” when uploading?

This error occurs because SmartPM supports only one project per .XER file. If your .XER file contains multiple projects, SmartPM cannot process it.

How to fix:

• Split your .XER file in Primavera P6 so that each file contains a single project.
• Remove any unnecessary references to other projects.
• Re-export the project and upload the corrected file.
