Why does SmartPM ignore activities with no actual start dates and 0% progress?

SmartPM does not accept the Actual Start Date of an activity before it has progressed more than 0%. This ensures that only genuinely active work is considered in schedule analysis, preventing misleading progress reports and inaccurate delay calculations.
