Activities with No Actual Finish Dates that are 100% Progressed
If an activity is statused as 100% complete but missing an Actual Finish Date, SmartPM sets the Actual Finish Date to the last work day before the Data Date, then SmartPM ignores changes to the Actual Finish Date in subsequent updates.
