This video covers the summary schedule report and SmartPM report for each schedule imported.
Learn where to find the summary schedule and SmartPM reports for your schedules, and how to organize by WBS or activity code in order to present in a format that a non-scheduler understands what is happening on the project.
- Go to the Project Dashboard “Reports” Tab
- You will see the Pre-Built reports that you can choose from
To generate a Pre-Configured Report:
- Select the 'Play/start' icon on the pre-built report of your choice
- Select the “Schedule Update” from which the report will be generated.
- Select the manner in which the report is to be formatted:
- Select “Activity Codes to Group” from the Drop Down or select “WBS Level to Group From” and then “WBS Level Group To” - the range of WBS Levels the summary bars in the summary graphic will be generated via.
- Note: the maximum selectable range is 1 level apart.
- Select “Activity Codes to Group” from the Drop Down or select “WBS Level to Group From” and then “WBS Level Group To” - the range of WBS Levels the summary bars in the summary graphic will be generated via.
- Click “Print” and the report will generate
