Assign or Delete a Constrained Start Date to an Activity

A Constrained Start Date is a rule placed on an Activity that says, “This Activity can start no earlier than [a specific date].” The Activity may start later than the Constrained Start Date if Logic Ties dictate. However, a Logic Tie (or lack thereof) may never dictate the Activity to start before the Constrained Start Date

Users can adjust Constraints via the One-Off Change Scenario Condition

Through the One-Off Change process, select the Schedule & Activity for which you would like to adjust the logic.  

-Select and click on the Activity to view or edit the Logic of

-Click the “Edit Attributes" button

-Click the Constrained Type field and select the Constrained date that the Activity shall start no later than

-Click Save

-Once complete, click Save One-off Change Rule
