Customize % Complete 

The Customize % Complete model option allows you to see how the project's percent complete would be impacted if you excluded items from the % complete calculation.

How to Create a Customize % Complete Model:

  1. Click on the project name from the Company Dashboard to get to the Project Workspace.
  2. Click on “Customize % Complete” under the Modeling menu on the left side.
    1. Select Activities: You will first choose what items the model will exclude from the percent complete calculation, such as: WBS, Activity Codes, or specific Activities.

    2. Name & Baseline: You can type the name of your model in the "Model Name" box. Then you will choose which Baseline schedule the model will be based off of. The default baseline will be the 'All Schedules' option which includes all schedules in the project.

    3.  Click 'Save' and await model creation/completion from the Notifications tool. Once completed, you can click on the scenario model in the Model box on the upper right and select the new model you created.
