How SmartPM Handles Lags Using Elapsed Days
SmartPM automatically converts elapsed days into working days based on the calendar of the successor activity. As a result, when viewing your activities in the Gantt chart, you may notice that the lag (previously using elapsed days) appears as a different value compared to your original file. However, the start date of the successor activity should still align with the date in your original file.
If you notice any discrepancies with these dates, please contact SmartPM's support team at support@smartpmtech.com for assistance.
