Upload Schedule Updates:
Once you see that the project has been created, you can upload all of your schedule updates at once. You can upload schedule updates from the Dashboard page or the Project page.
From the main Dashboard
- Click on “Manage Schedules” located on the menu bar under each project
- Click in the “Select Schedule File” box, and select the schedule updates you want to add
- Click on the “Save Changes” button
- You will be notified once the upload is complete. Select the OK button.
From the Project Dashboard:
- Select the “Manage Schedules” Tab
- Click in the “Select Schedule File” box, and select the schedule updates you want to add
- Click on the “Save Changes” button
- You will be notified once the upload is complete. Select the OK button.
The amount of time this takes to process is going to be heavily dependent on the size of the schedules and the number of schedules. If there are a lot of schedules, then it will take longer to process because there are millions of calculations involved in doing the analysis, which would take 10 times longer to calculate manually. You will receive an email notification once the actual upload has completed and be able to view all the data.
